Location:
Brian Head is located off I-15, a 3 hour drive
from Las Vegas, less than 8 hours from LA, Orange
County, San Diego, Phoenix and 3.5 hours from
Salt Lake City. In Southern Utah, take Interstate
15 to exit 75 in Parowan.Then it's a short,
12-mile drive up the mountain to Brian Head.
By
Plane: Fly into Las Vegas (less than
3 hours). From Salt Lake City and Phoenix, Sky
West Airlines (800-453-9417) to Cedar City (30
miles from resort). Rental cars available.
Season:
Opens late November, closes in late April.
Hours
of Operation: 9:30 am to 4:30 PM
daily. Continue the fun on the slopes with night
skiing, boarding and tubing at Navajo Mountain
on weekends and holidays. When the conditions
are right, enjoy moonlight Nordic or snowshoe
adventures to the wild formations of Cedar Breaks.
Several area restaurants and bars are open for
evening entertainment and you can pamper your
body and soul with a spa treatment to wrap up
another perfect day at Brian Head.

Boasting the state’s highest base elevation,
9,600 feet, translates to more than 425 inches
(35 feet) of legendary Utah powder each season.

53 runs. 30% beginner, 40% intermediate, 30%
advanced. The Navajo mountain is dedicated to
beginners and families. 170 acres of snowmaking
(35% of skiable terrain covered). 425 inches
of snow.

Terrain:
An entire mountain of beginner runs at Navajo
combines with a wide range of trails at Giant
Steps for a two-mountain, 500-acre playground
offering more than enough variety for guests
of all tastes and abilities. 20 custom handrails,
combination large and medium kickers, fun boxes,
located at Bear Paw Pitch.
Snowboarding:
Brian Head Resort is dedicated to snowboarding
and features incredible natural terrain, sculpted
parks, carvable groomers and famous monthly
contests. Plus, we always greet you with the
same hospitality extended to skiers.
Snow
Tubing:
Burn rubber at our famous vertical tubing park
where the surface lift effortlessly whisks you
to the top of the park where you have several
lanes to enjoy. It's like a frozen water slide
park where the beaming faces of snow tubers
and employees last through the day.
Skiing:
We cater to skiers of all levels. Uncrowded
slopes, consistent conditions and trail variety
combine to provide an exciting adventure for
every member of your family.
Snow
Cat Service: Serious lines await
expert skiers and boarders at 11,307 feet. Our
Peak Express will take you to a world of narrow
chutes , double-black diamond steeps, cliff-bands,
and untracked powder.
Ski
Packages: Area lodgers offer money
saving packages. Call the Brian Head Chamber
of Commerce at 435-677-2810. Ski more runs for
your money with no lift lines, plus kids 5 and
under ski free, discount packages abound and
hundreds of on-mountain rooms are available
to fit any budget .

at our state-licensed day care facility. Hands-on
activities and a low child-to-caregiver ratio
are why this program is so popular. The facilty
