Quail
Lake in Hurricane is a favorite place for
water skiing, jet skiing, boating and swimming.
A
mountain favorite in southwestern Utah is Panguitch
Lake. Located 17-miles southwest of the city
of Panguitch, the lake has lodges, cabins, and boat
rentals.
For
summer boating, locals like Navajo Lake on
state hwy 14 between Cedar City and Hwy 89, and
Otter Creek Reservoir, north of Antimony
on state hwy 62.
Canoes,
kayaks, and other small boats are allowed at several
little lakes on Boulder Mountain, and on
the Tushar Mountains in the Fishlake National
Forest.
