What
follows is a brief
list of historic
sites and buildings
important to Mormonism.
There are many others
throughout the state,
and this list is
intended only as
an introduction
to Mormon culture.
All of these sites
are open to the
public, with the
exception of the
temples. Only worthy
members of the Mormon
church are permitted
to enter the LDS
temples. Visitors
are welcome to enjoy
the interesting
architectural styles
of the buildings'
exteriors, adjacent
visitor centers,
and the landscaped
grounds surrounding
these houses of
worship.
