Panguitch Lake (Garfield County) is southwest of Panguitch at the head of Panguitch Creek. The lake first became known to white men in 1852. Livestockmen and lumbermen ran their businesses around the lake in the past. Today it is a region of canyon homes, ranching, and recreation.
