"Tuacahn" comes from a Mayan word meaning "Canyon of the Gods." Each summer the Tuacahn Center for the Arts offers world-class entertainment in the outdoor amphitheater at the mouth of Snow Canyon State Park. The amphitheater has 2,000 seats and offers 1,500 foot sandstone cliffs as a back-drop. Two different musicals/plays are performed each year. A Dutch oven dinner, which starts about 1 1/2 hours before the show, can be purchased through the box office.
