Description.
Nestled among scenic red slick-rock formations, Red Fleet
Reservoir offers excellent boating and year-round fishing.
This picturesque state park is located 10 miles north
of Vernal just off Highway 191. Facilities include a small
sandy beach, boat launching ramp, two modern rest rooms,
29 campsites, 32 covered picnic tables, and fish cleaning
and sewage disposal stations. Recently a dinosaur trackway
dating back 200 million years was discovered in the area.

park also includes picnicking, drinking water, modern
rest rooms and waste disposal.
Some
of the activities include boating, swimming, fishing
and watchable wildlife, with hiking/biking and off-highway
vehicle trails nearby.

Permits and Passes.
The Single Park Permit is $40 and allows the cardholder
and up to seven guests in the same private vehicle day-use
entrance into Red Fleet State Park. The permit is
valid for the current calendar year. The Five-Day
Pass is $15 and allows day-use entrance to most Utah state
parks for five consecutive days.
